Job Description
An international fast growing very high billing Tech recruitment agency based in Bromley are seeking to hire 2 experienced recruitment delivery consultants ASAP.
The Roles
* One position is within the delivery function and you would expect to be in the delivery function for 1-1.5 years ish before moving to a commercial 360 role
* The other position is to develop into a 360 role by supporting a high billing consultant who bills £(Apply online only)k per year. You will work 1 to 1 with this person.
The Package
* Salary depends on experience and success and can be hired at a Senior Delivery Consultant level if needed
* 15-20% commission no threshold!
* Build a contract book as a delivery consultant. When you are promoted to sales consultant you will earn 50% split of any delivery deals you do and 100% on clients you bring in yourself.
* OTE £45 to 70k

* You will be working underneath very high billers who will train you to be the same, you must want to take advantage of this learning opportunity and see the benefit in working one to one with £700k plus billers.
* The business has scaled significantly to more than £25m billings within 7 years.
* This is a very stable and fast-growing organisation that thrived and grew during covid, is cash rich, is expanding internationally and has space to add 20 people in the next few years

* International holidays several times a year as a team
The requirements
* Previous recruitment experience is preferred (1 plus years ideally)
* You must want to do a 360 role eventually with training and support available
* You must want to work in the office full time whilst in a delivery role so that you can provide more on hand support and receive training more easily on the marketBefore You Apply
