Microsoft Azure Understanding of networking Familiar with cabling in MDF \ IDFs Apple iPhone setup and supportIT Site Support (Infrastructure) Analyst Skills Required: Excellent Customer Service skills Highly Motivated Strong social skills - superb communication, written and verbal Familiar with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently.IT Site Support (Infrastructure) Analyst Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support to clients for the acquisition, usage, and installation of desktop and portable workstations, peripherals, mobile devices as well as company operating systems and software. Track client service requests in the ticket tracking system and follows up with clients for effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Coordinate referrals for more advanced issues to the next support tier and/or external resources. Hands-on and coordinate the setting up of laptop and desktop computers and mobile devices for new hires to ensure compliance with the company's user configuration and software application requirements. Support the installation, troubleshooting, and usage of wired and wireless networks per standards. This includes identifying user requirements, troubleshooting LAN performance - working with remote specialist teams. Provide onsite installation, troubleshooting and support for computers, printers, audiovisual, video conferencing, wireless access points, and telephony systems in multi-environments of office and factory. Collaborate with teams on projects supporting IT initiatives and/or implementations. Provide on-site IT support for global projects. Provides remote IT Technical support to users at multiple sites such as business offices, engineering labs, and manufacturing and distribution warehouses. Solid understanding of applications and technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft, and Apple products. Experience with cabling and patching in MDF and IDFs. Ability to walk, climb (stairs/ladders), sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Services advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.
