IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line) – Fareham - £30,000
A leading healthcare organisation have a requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their technical support team to provide support across hardware, software and networks.
The role will be responsible for dealing with technical issues and supporting the smooth operation of IT systems across the business, by providing remote and on-site support to colleagues.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support and work with IT leadership to troubleshoot complex problems and help maintain a high standard of service delivery. The team play a key role in reducing downtime and enhancing user experience.
It would suit an IT Support Analyst with 12 months+ experience providing 1st/2nd line support.
It would suit someone with the following skills:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
* Expertise with Microsoft 365, including user support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel
* An understanding of networkg (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.)
* Familiar with remote support tools
