In this role you would be responsible for Microsoft Infrastructure Management for clients across the UK and Ireland, being the third line of escalation for tickets, supporting the team and junior members of staff.
The ideal IT support would have come from a similar background in infrastructure management or similar, with a IT related degree or qualification, looking to progress and develop you career within a well-established IT support company.

Third line of escalation for tickets, emails and support for clients
Microsoft infrastructure management
Supporting the team and junior members of staff
Rotating night shiftsThe Person:
IT support experience in infrastructure, Level 3 or similar
Customer service experience and good communication
Degree or similar in an IT related field
