Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Salary: up to £32,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 05:30pm
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent
Sector: IT
Our client based in Duxford is seeking a IT Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, Permanent contract.
As a IT Support Engineer your duties will include:
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware & software issues
* Maintaining Active Directory
* Building laptops and integrating company software
* Manage security vulnerabilities
* Troubleshoot/solve network issues
* Provide 1st/2nd Line Support
* Technical training
* Manage and maintain EntraID & Microsoft Intune
An ideal candidate for the IT Support Engineer will have:
* Relevant degree in Computer Science
* Working knowledge or M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, EntraID & Intune
* Understanding of networking concepts
* Drive to improve existing systems
* Full Driving license.
