IT Support Engineer
Location: Oxford (site-based)
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with a long-standing Oxfordshire-based technology company that’s looking for IT Support Engineers!
You’ll be part of a close-knit team responsible for keeping business-critical systems running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys varied, practical work and takes pride in being the person people can depend on
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing deskside, hardware, and software support across Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory environments
* Monitoring and maintaining Windows servers, patching, and resolving alerts
* Troubleshooting user, network, and application issues
* Supporting AV, networking, and infrastructure hardware
* Shifts: 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off
Experience:
* Background in IT support, deskside, or infrastructure support
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, O365, and Active Directory
* Confident working independently
* Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
* Able to work on-site in Oxford
