Entry-Level IT Support – Waterbeach (On-site)
6-month Temp-to-Perm | Early starts | Driving licence required

Based on-site in Waterbeach, you’ll be joining a close-knit team providing IT support to international colleagues – including teams in Asia – which means early starts are a must (typically from 0600/0700, occasionally earlier).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support for internal users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support international teams across time zones
Log and manage support tickets efficiently
Learn on the job with guidance from experienced techs
About You:
Technically minded – a natural problem-solver
Eager to learn and grow a career in IT
Happy with early starts and flexible working hours
Ideally studied IT or similar
Full UK driving licence and own transport (site not easily reached by public transport)
Full right to work in the UK, with no restrictions
