In this role you would be responsible for configuring technical drawings, working with Cisco stack, delivering a variety of projects and reviewing the whole network alongside the network manager.
The ideal IT Support would have come from a similar background, Level 3 or service desk management experience with Cisco looking to progress their career into network management.
The Role:
Supporting and mentoring 1st and 2nd Line engineers
Working with Cisco stack alongside the Network Manager controlling the whole enterprise network
Overall reviewing of network and working of delivering a variety of projectsThe Person:
Experience with Cisco and troubleshooting
Exposure in network management or looking to develop into this field
