Job Title: IT Support - Microsoft 365 Technician

Responsibilities:
Deliver first-line and advanced technical support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and all associated business critical applications including issue diagnosis, resolution, and escalation where necessary
Monitor and administer ITSM
Perform light-touch configuration and customisation within Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to meet evolving business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and system integration using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools
Evaluate and recommend technical solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and user experience
Contribute to the ongoing design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 applications
Maintain network infrastructure, including understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network topology for effective troubleshooting and integration planning
Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), including policy deployment, device enrolment, and compliance monitoring
Administer and configure user provisioning via Entra Directory Services
Experience:
Demonstrated Microsoft Dynamics experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Experience in maintaining the Microsoft 365 admin centre and associated security policies
Knowledge and proven experience in web design through the Microsoft SharePoint Platform
Experience with integration and application programming interfaces (APIs)
Experience in networking & firewall administration and configuration. Qualifications:
Microsoft certified Power app/365 developer - Desirable but not essential subject to proven experience, open to training and development opportunities in this area
