Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and systems.

Repair and restore hardware, software, and network components as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supporting diverse users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
