A large organisation based in Bristol 

Your new role 
Provide first-line IT support to end users, delivering hands-on, desk-side assistance across the office. The role focusses on floor walking support, device resets, and resolving common hardware, software, and access issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Provide floor walking support to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person
Reset and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Support login, password, and account access issues
Set up hardware, peripherals, and user workstations
Respond to IT support requests and log incidents accurately
Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support when required

What you'll get in return 
£22.13 Per Hour, Inside IR35, via an umbrella company.
