Job Description
Job Summary :-
A skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer to help in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure at our manufacturing site based in Ząbkowice Śląskie, near Wraclow, Poland.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in networking and Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless operations, high availability, and robust security of our systems. You will be pivotal in diagnosing and resolving technical issues while implementing scalable solutions to meet business needs.
Candidate must be proficient in Polish & English, and willing to relocate to Poland.
Key Responsibilities :-
* System Design and Implementation
❖ Assist in Designing, deploying, and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network components, including CCTV cameras.
❖ Configure and administer Microsoft 365 service suite, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
❖ Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
Networking
❖ Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
❖ Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/GSA environments.
❖ Monitor network performance and implement optimizations.
❖ Ensure network security through firewalls, access controls, and endpoint protection tools.
* Microsoft 365 Administration
❖ Administer Microsoft 365 tenant, including user management, licensing, and service configurations.
❖ Implement security best practices in Microsoft 365, including conditional access and MFA.
❖ Manage email and collaboration tools, ensuring compliance and secure data sharing.
* Support and Troubleshooting
❖ Provide Level 2/3 technical support to resolve escalated IT issues.
❖ Proactively monitor systems and respond to incidents promptly.
❖ Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
* Security and Compliance
❖ Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard IT assets and data.
❖ Perform & monitor regular backups and disaster recovery tests.
❖ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
* Collaboration
❖ Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
❖ Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems and tools.
Key Skills and Competencies:-
* Technical Skills
❖ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and services.
❖ Experience in configuring network Switches (L2/L3).
❖ Proficiency in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
❖ Experience with firewalls, load balancers, and wireless technologies.
❖ Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD).
❖ Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.

❖ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
❖ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
❖ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
❖ Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Qualifications and Experience
❖ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
❖ Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure systems or a related role.
❖ Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, M365 Fundamentals, M365 Azure Fundamentals, or CCNA/CCNP are highly desirable.
❖ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools is a plus.
