Job Description

Smile Education are currently recruiting for 2 Permanent IT Technicians on behalf of our partner schools within the Redditch area.
 
This role will be full time Monday – Friday 8am-4pm.
 
The successful candidate will assist teachers and students in having the tools and technology that they need to succeed, and supporting cutting-edge technology across multiple schools within the trust.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide hands on technical support across our schools
Maintaining hardware, software and network systems
Work closely with the Technical Lead and Service Lead to deliver reliable, secure and user-friendly IT services that underpin teaching and learning 
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working in a school environment as a IT Technician preferred but not essential
ICT experience/qualification
A passion for working in a school environment •
