Our client helps businesses securely recycle unwanted IT equipment, protecting their data, reducing waste, and giving tech a second life. We’re great at what we do, demand is growing and we’re expanding our IT Asset Disposal sales team.
my client is hiring three new trainee salespeople
You’ll get full training, clear targets, and support from our team. You’ll learn everything you need to know about our industry, including GDPR, secure data destruction, and how IT recycling supports business and sustainability. You’ll be trained on how to succeed on the phone and develop the skills to make confident, high-performing sales calls.
This is for people who:
● See the phone as their superpower, not something to avoid
● Are motivated by targets and a sense of achievement
● Can build instant rapport and hold a conversation confidently
● Don’t crumble when someone says no - you just go again
● Are switched on, ready to learn from the experts, and value being part of a team
What you’ll be doing:
● Calling managers, business owners, and directors about their unwanted tech
● Pitching our secure IT asset disposal service
● Booking collections or setting up follow-up calls
● Working through call targets and earning monthly bonuses
● Learning about GDPR, secure data destruction, and IT recycling
