What you’ll be doing:
* Building and preparing IT devices (laptops, desktops, switches, firewalls, phone systems) for customer use
* Providing updates and support to customers daily
* Working alongside experienced IT Engineers to expand your knowledge
* Staying up to date with the latest IT products and services
* Ensuring devices are configured and ready for delivery
What we’re looking for:
* A strong interest in IT and technology
* Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and in person
* Knowledge or experience of IT hardware/software (either work-related or in personal pursuits/hobbies)
* IT-related qualifications (CompTIA, Computer Science, etc.) are a bonus but not essential
* A proactive approach to learning and development
Additional information:
-- Based on-site in Christchurch, Dorset
-- Working hours are 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility may be provided)
