Working hours: 9-5
Japanese speaking PA - What You'll be Doing:
* Executive Support for Executive Officers
* Diary management, meeting coordination with Tokyo HQ executives, regional officers, and external partners across multiple time zones.
* Comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transportation for executives and team members.
* Handle various internal applications, act as executive proxy for administrative procedures and correspondence.
* Process expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation for executives and Global HR team.
* Administrative support for the team, including meeting coordination and expense processing
Japanese speaking PA - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Japanese to mother tongue standard with excellent English
* Experience as an EA /PA/ Team Secretary
* Experience supporting Chief Executive level or senior executives
* Experience with complex calendar management and travel coordination
* Previous experience in an HR department or supporting HR leadership, using an HR System
