Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Jet Washer on a temp-to-perm basis to work as part of an estate maintenance team. Based in Tower Hamlets, the role involves cleaning communal outdoor areas across residential estates, including:
Key Duties:
Jet washing access pathways, parks, and communal spaces
Cleaning playground equipment and outdoor surfaces
Removing dirt, moss, algae, and graffiti
Reporting any safety or maintenance issues observed while on site
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in jet washing or estate/outdoor cleaning
Able to work independently and use initiative
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
