Junior SHEQ Advisor – Civils Location: London-based.
Division: Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)

Role Overview Danny Sullivan Group is looking for a proactive and motivated Junior SHEQ Advisor to support our civil engineering operations. Working alongside our HSEQ Lead, you’ll help monitor, advise, and improve health, safety, environmental, and quality performance across multiple sites.
This role is well-suited to someone with experience in a similar position who understands the fundamentals of HSEQ and can apply them effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of HSEQ policies and procedures on site.
Foster a positive safety culture and promote safe working practices across the business.
Assist in developing risk assessments, method statements, and site-specific HSEQ plans.
Conduct and participate in site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses, supporting investigations where required.
Liaise with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to internal HSEQ reporting and maintain engagement with authorities and accreditation bodies.Requirements
Valid CSCS card (essential).
NEBOSH General Certificate – preferred but not essential.
IOSH membership – desirable.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Working knowledge of health & safety legislation and industry best practices.
Understanding of civil engineering and infrastructure works within a construction environment.Salary & Benefits
