Location: Workington
Salary: £22,932 – £23,259.60 per annum
Contract: Permanent 21 hours per week (Term Time Only)

Term Time Only pay is calculated on the basis of the following:
• Weekly hours x Number of Teaching Weeks – 36 Weeks
• Pro rata annual leave entitlement and bank holidays
• 24 additional training Hours
The total hours as above will be divided into 12 equal salary payments which you will receive monthly.

About Right2work:
With over 25 years’ experience, Right2Work aim is to support people to move into employment or further learning/training. In a variety of settings, we provide our learners with tailor made guidance to realise their individual potential.
Job Coach – The Role:
This role will be primarily based in Workington, however, flexibility is key we would also expect the Job Coach to work across the Cumberland District within our Supported Internship programme. For this reason, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. This is a unique and rewarding role with plenty of variety, no two days are the same as you’ll be working across a wide range of host employment and learning settings.
As part of our Supported Internship programmes, you’ll be joining a dedicated team where the work you do will make a genuine difference. The role offers not only variety and challenge, but also the job satisfaction that comes from supporting learners to build independence, develop their skills, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Working 1:1 with learners as well as in small groups
• Delivering travel training and supporting independence skills
• Providing observations, guidance, and prompts as required
• Liaising closely with employers and training providers
• Supporting with skills development, job matching, and qualifications
About you
We are looking for a range of transferrable skills, including good organisation, self-motivation, and having the determination to support people to succeed.
You must be passionate, committed and share our values about employment opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people. You must be flexible and willing to travel to across Cumberland.
An Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply)
You must hold Full Driving license and use of a vehicle for work and will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply)
