We are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider in South Yorkshire who is seeking three dedicated Job Coaches to support young learners with Education Health and Care Plans (EHC Plans) on Pre and Supported Internship programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by guiding learners into meaningful employment.

About the role:
* As a Job Coach, you'll be the critical link between young people, their work placements, and future employment. Your role will include:
* Supporting learners with EHC Plans during work placements
* Delivering in-work coaching and gradually reducing support as independence grows
* Encouraging travel independence and essential workplace behaviours
* Liaising with employers, maintaining clear expectations, and tracking learner progress
* Recording key data, learner reviews, and employer feedback
* Promoting inclusive employment by empowering learners to showcase their value
* You’ll work across employer sites in Rotherham and the surrounding areas, so the ability to travel independently is required.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults with additional needs
* Strong communication, organisational, and record-keeping skills
* Empathetic, professional, and flexible approach
* Level 2 (or working towards) in Maths and English
* Willingness to work towards the Occupational Standard for Supported Employment
* Understanding of safeguarding processes and learner development strategies
