Job Opportunity: Electrician – In-House Repairs Team
Location: Coalville
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £22 per hour
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our busy In-House Repairs Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to work on varied projects including installations, testing, and maintenance across both occupied and vacant properties. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all electrical works to the required standard in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within set timescales.
Coordinate with the Asset Management Support Team to ensure effective scheduling.
Properly use and maintain issued tools, accessories, and equipment.
Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures diligently.Essential Criteria:
Full UK driving licence and own transport with business insurance cover.
A minimum of two years' referencing held by the agency, including one from your most recent employer.
Previous re-wire experience preferred.Required Training (Up-to-date certificates must be provided before starting):
