Job Opportunity – Temporary to Permanent Chef
Location: 145 Stakes Road, Purbrook, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 5PL
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (5 hours per day, 10 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Contract Options is currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable Chef to join our client based in Purbrook, Waterlooville. This is a temporary to permanent position, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful 12-week probation period.
Key Details:
* Working Days: Saturdays and Sundays only
* Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (6 hours per shift)
* Weekly Hours: 12 hours
* Pay: £14.50 per hour
* Location: 145 Stakes Road, Purbrook, Waterlooville, PO7 5PL
* Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
* Weekend Availability: This role requires mandatory weekend work. Candidates must be committed to working Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
* Basic DBS Certificate: A valid Basic DBS (dated within the last 12 months) is required. If you do not currently have one, we are happy to assist with the application process.
* Previous Chef Experience: A solid background in food preparation and kitchen operations is essential.
* Professionalism and Confidence: The role is based in a probation centre, so it is important that the successful candidate feels comfortable working in an environment with individuals who have previously been in custody.
