They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technologist to hit the ground-running for their team in Birmingham.

Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Job Runner:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience is desirable
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
