They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technician to take the lead on a range of high-profile projects for the Manchester studio.

Personal developmentDuties for the role of Job Runner include:
Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspectionsSkills and experience for the role of Job Runner:
Relevant degree within Architectectural Technology
Good post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Job running experience is essential
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on healthcare projects is advantageous
Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
Strong technical and drawing skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
