Location: Surrey (Dorking)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: 6-month temporary contract
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour
About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to support void property refurbishment works across Surrey.
This is a full-time temporary role for an initial period of 6 months, working alongside a permanent Clarion Response Operative. A company van and power tools will be provided, and a Basic DBS check is required before starting. Key Details:
Focus: Refurbishment of void properties
Trades Considered:
Multi-trade operatives (preferred)
Strong carpenters or plumbers with kitchen & bathroom fitting experience
Vehicle: Company van and power tools provided
DBS: Basic check requiredIdeal Candidate:
Proven experience in at least one core trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing)
Skilled in kitchen and bathroom fitting
Flexible and capable of supporting various refurbishment tasks
