Job Description
Joiner Fire Doors
We are seeking a skilled Joiner with fire door installation and maintenance experience to join our client’s team in Dumbarton. This is an on-going temporary basis with an opportunity to go permanent.
Job Role
· Manufacturing door sets sector.
· Fitting ironmongery
· Install, maintain, and repair fire doors and associated joinery works.
· Carry out general joinery and carpentry tasks as required.
· Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
· Ensure all work meets health, safety, and building regulation standards.
Candidate Requirements
· Proven experience as a joiner/carpenter.
· Demonstrable experience with fire door installation, inspection, and maintenance.
· Knowledge of fire safety regulations and relevant standards (e.g., BM TRADA, FIRAS, or equivalent certification desirable).
· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
· Ability to work to deadlines with a professional approach
