Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Working Supervisor with a strong background in shopfitting and joinery to oversee and contribute to the delivery of over 20 bank fit-out projects across the Lincolnshire area. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing teams on-site while actively participating in the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside trades on various fit-out projects

Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
*
Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
*
Maintain site safety and compliance standards
*
Manage materials and site logistics
Requirements:

Proven experience in shopfitting/joinery within the fit-out sector
*
Previous supervisory experience on fast-paced projects
