Job Description
IMH Recruitment are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our clients team in Manchester, M11.
The role holder will provide a high quality joinery service, undertaking visits to customers to install a range of minor adaptations which meet customers’ needs.
Duties:
* Installing a range of minor adaptations to customers properties.
* Carry out high quality repairs and maintenance of minor adaptations as required.
* Will involve repairs to doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures with precision.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Produce accurate and appropriate records manually and electronically to achieve service performance and efficiency.
* Monitor, review and evaluate equipment as required, to assist in determining suitable adjustments to ensure customer needs are met to the highest standard.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in joinery as related field is essential.
* Possess a recognised apprenticeship and/or must have a minimum level II or its equivalent, i.e. relevant City and Guilds Basic Certificate.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* A valid UK Driving Licence.
* An Enhanced DBS Check is essential in this role.
Hours & Pay:
* Monday - Friday: 8:30am-4pm.
* £15.43 - £17.00 Per Hour.
* 37 Hours per week.
* Weekly pay!
