Job Description
Manpower Engineering is looking to hire two experienced Joiners for a 6-month contract in Wakefield, working for a company that is as passionate about craftsmanship as they are about protecting the UK's waterways.
You will play a key role in building large, bespoke wooden gates that are used across Britain's canal and waterway
networks
What you'll be doing:
Precision marking out
Skilled cutting and shaping
Gate assembly using traditional joinery methods
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7.30am - 4.00pm
Friday: 7.30am - 12.30pm
We are looking for Joiners who are confident with large-scale timber work and have a solid understanding of traditional joinery techniques.
