Location: Coventry
Rate: £23.00 - £25.00 per hour (CIS payment)
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Positions Available: 3 Joiners
Job Description:
We are currently seeking 3 experienced Joiners for a project in Coventry working on student accommodation. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and adjustment of fire doors to a high standard. Work is carried out in occupied buildings, so professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and remediation of fire doors in accordance with current regulations
Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements
Carry out work to a high standard, meeting quality control and compliance checks
Report and document any defects or issues to the site supervisor
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Valid green, Blue or Gold CSCS card
Previous experience in fire door installation essential
Tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
UTR number for CIS payments
