Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our team on a 3-week project in Durham, with the potential for ongoing work.
Role Details:
Carry out 1st fix, 2nd fix, and ironmongery
Work on void HMO refurbishments
Ensure a high-quality finish to meet project standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in joinery (1st fix, 2nd fix & ironmongery)
Own tools & transport
CSCS card preferred (not essential depending on experience)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
