Able to use PDA or similar handheld device to receive and update progress of works allocated using a NHF Schedule of Rates or similar
Able to work and communicate effectively in a multi-disciplined team environment at all levels
Capable of working on own initiative
Demonstrate good ‘customer first’ service skills
Experience in repairs and maintenance of domestic dwellings
