Activus Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Joiners to work on residential housing sites across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Home extension works
*
Building kits on-site
*
Forming roofs, insulating, strapping & plasterboarding
*
External joinery including fitting UPVc (or other material) windows and doors
*
Installing soffits, fascias, and gutters
*
Internal works including plasterboarding, finishing, fitting doors & frames, skirtings, and facings
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in joinery within residential builds and extensions
*
Ability to work across both external and internal aspects of projects
*
Valid driving licence and own transport (essential)
