Joiner – Social Housing (Permanent Role)

Agency: Anderselite – working on for behalf of a national contractor for a social housing provider
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a dedicated social housing maintenance team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with excellent benefits, working on behalf of a respected housing provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of joinery including door hanging, kitchen fitting, flooring, and general repairs
Respond to reactive and planned maintenance tasks
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry/Joinery
Proven experience in domestic joinery, ideally within social housing
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
