Are you a skilled Joiner with experience in social housing repairs
We’re currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Repairs Joiner to join a busy maintenance team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.Role Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
Diagnose and fix a range of joinery-related issues, including doors, windows, skirting, flooring, and kitchens
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and work well as part of a wider maintenance team
Requirements:
Proven experience working within social housing or domestic repairs
Full UK driving licence (vehicle may be provided depending on the contract)
Own tools and PPE preferred
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
