MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE WITH SOCIAL HOUSING CONTRACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A TEMP TO PERM POSITION IN MIDDLESBOROUGH
Job Title: Multi trade operative
Location: Middlesborough
temp to perm
Hourly rate:£19.77 per hour
Perm basis £34,067 per annum
£4k OTE

Responsibilities of the Multi Trade:
Perform first and second fix plumbing, including radiator installation and system draining/refilling.
Carry out structural repairs and installations: ceilings, floor joists, stairs, stud walls, partitioning, flooring (T&G or sheet), doors, casings, skirting, handrails, and ducting panelling.
Install and finish bathrooms: shower trays, full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers), tiling, and patch plastering.
Complete painting and decorating tasks to a high standard.
Requirements for Carpenter role:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry
Valid CSCS
Asbestos Awareness
Social Housing Experience
Full UK Driving LicenseBefore You Apply
