Job Description
I am looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work on void properties in Chesterfield on social housing works. The role is a 9 week contract at £18 per hour with possible extension.
The Joiner Multi Trade will be doing:
2nd fix joinery tasks such as hanging doors, skirting boards, kitchen repairs and fitting
2nd fix plumbing such as changing taps, basins and toilets
Finishing skills such as patch plastering, tiling and painting
The right Joiner Multi Trade will need:
NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
Experience working on council properties previously
Full and valid UK driving license
In return the Joiner Multi Trade will receive:
9 week contract with possible extension
Work van for usage in the day time
£18 per hour paid weekly (CIS available)
