Available Roles & Salaries
Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – £29,300
Room Leader – £31,300
Deputy Manager – £32,000
Nursery Manager – Up to £36,000
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and early years education
Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
Maintain safeguarding and EYFS standards
(Senior roles) Lead teams and support nursery operations
What We’re Looking For
Relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above where required)
Passion for working with children
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Leadership experience for senior roles
Commitment to high standards of care and education
