Our client are a well-established but growing office interiors business, now expanding their team to keep up with demand. You'll join a friendly, ambitious group where no two days are the same, and you'll learn how to support client projects from start to finish - from putting together polished proposals to joining client meetings and liaising with suppliers.
This is the perfect role for someone early in their career who wants to build confidence, gain real responsibility, and grow fast with the backing of experienced mentors.
What you'll do
Create proposals, quotes, and presentations to support the sales team.
Help manage projects from client request to delivery - liaising with suppliers and problem-solving along the way.
Process and track orders, keeping everything organised and accurate.
Join client meetings and project visits (great experience for future client-facing roles).
Learn our product range inside-out (training provided), becoming a go-to contact for information.
Pitch in with logistics, finance, and general support - you'll get exposure to all sides of the business.What we're looking for
Some prior work experience (office, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles).
Great communicator - confident on the phone, in person, and over email.
Organised, detail-focused, and able to keep calm when it's busy.
Positive, proactive, and keen to learn (we'll teach you the rest).
