Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of Logistics & Transportation? We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Administrator to join our vibrant team in Welham Green! 🚚✨

Salary: £27000 - £30000 DOE

Based: Welham Green

Hours: Mon- Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm. Occasional Saturday overtime available

What You'll Do:

As a Junior Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with invoicing and billing processes 
Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry 
Supporting month-end closing activities and reconciliations
Communicating with clients and suppliers to resolve queries
Collaborating with the accounts team to ensure smooth operations
Providing general administrative support as needed
Monthly payroll
General office duties : Maintaining stock, ordering stationary, filing & printingWho You Are:

Proficient with Numbers: Basic understanding of accounting principles will be a plus.Requirements:

Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role is preferred but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Confident using Sage & Xero
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
