A well-established manufacturing company based in Chessington is seeking a Junior Administrator to support their service and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:
Support the team across all administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare and manage sales quotations and process orders efficiently.
Handle invoicing and maintain accurate stock control to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to provide timely information and support.
Assist with data analysis on ordering patterns and contribute to reporting on trends and margins.
Requirements:

Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, with an aptitude for learning new systems (SAP training provided).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
