Job Title: Junior Air Conditioning Engineer
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Southeast (London & Kent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Job Description:
Invictus are seeking a Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-respected client's team. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and basic reactive repair tasks on a variety of HVAC units and systems, including pressure leak testing.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
* Conduct PPM (Filter cleans) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
* Diagnose and repair basic faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
* The role comes with upskilling in Air Conditioning under a Senior AC Engineer
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
* Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
* F-Gas Category 1 certification.
* Experience:
* Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
* Knowledge or experience of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
* Skills:
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical fitness to handle the demands of a mobile role.
