Junior Architectural Technician

Commutable from Dorchester, Weymouth, Lyme Regis. (Office Based)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technician to join a well-established, high-quality housebuilder that offers excellent long-term progression and a supportive, team-focused environment.

In this role, you will support the design team across either planning or construction drawings, working closely with senior team members and following established drawing systems. You will gain exposure to a variety of residential projects, developing your technical skills and contributing to the delivery of high-quality housing schemes.

With that, the ideal candidate will have some experience producing their own drawings using AutoCAD, alongside a proactive and team-oriented approach, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career.

The Role:

Assisting with planning or construction drawings
Supporting senior team members on live projects
Producing drawings using Internal systems
Contributing to residential project delivery
Office-based role near Dorchester
 The Person:

Some experience producing architectural drawings
Proficient in AutoCAD
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Friendly, sociable, and proactive mindset
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Commutable distance from Dorchester
