Assist on the delivery of residential and commercial projects
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
Produce technical drawings and specificationsSkills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:

Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
Knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong design and drawing skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK Driver's License
