Junior Biomedical Field Service Engineer - East Midlands / East Anglia
Are you looking to kickstart your career in biomedical engineering? We're looking for a Junior Biomedical Field Service Engineer to join a friendly, supportive team providing essential medical device services across healthcare locations, including secure sites such as HM Prisons.
What you'll do:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to meet KPIs.
Travel to various sites to provide hands-on support to healthcare teams.
Maintain service records, spare parts, and equipment to high standards.
Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
Support team leaders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
HNC/ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).
Confidence working with medical equipment and providing excellent customer service.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
6-12 months' experience carrying out service and repair on medical equipment such as patient monitors
DBS Enhanced Disclosure required.
Details:
Salary: £26,916.50 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
