We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our Buying team, with a focus on sourcing products from international markets. If you have a passion for product discovery, experience in procurement, and an interest in global trade — this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Buyer, you’ll support the full buying cycle — from identifying new product opportunities overseas to working with suppliers and internal teams to bring them to market. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we deliver high-quality products on time, at the right cost, and with maximum impact.
Your Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing innovative products and new suppliers from global markets

Support negotiations on price, terms, and contracts to maximise value
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with international manufacturers and vendors
*
Track shipping schedules and lead times to ensure timely product delivery
*
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
*
Contribute to buying plans, cost analyses, and sales forecasting
*
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product launches
*
Manage key administrative tasks: raising POs, maintaining supplier records, updating systems
*
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and ethical sourcing policies
