Junior Courier Operator
Location: Trafford Park, M17, Manchester (5 days in office)
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

With extensive experience in supply chain optimisation, they support businesses by improving efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and delivering seamless end-to-end logistics — from container shipments to express courier deliveries.
They are currently seeking a Junior Courier Operator to join their team in Trafford Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced and supportive logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor internal and external courier platforms for delivery/collection issues

Arrange courier shipments using relevant IT systems
*
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and partners
*
Proactively resolve issues, escalating where necessary to the Courier Manager
*
Support with cargo claims for missing or damaged goods
*
Ensure commercial documentation is correct prior to shipment
*
Process cost reservations, supplier invoices, and issue customer sales invoices
*
Assist with general courier administration and support the courier product
*
Continuously develop knowledge of systems and suggest process improvements
*
Engage in ongoing training and development
