£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits + Early Finish Friday

Junior Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:
Assist in creating 2D electrical schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams using CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical for bespoke control panels.
Collaborate with the wider engineering and production teams to support the integration of control systems into equipment and installations
Support the panel build process by providing documentation and clarifying design intent to the assembly team
Help document design changes and participate in design reviews
Assist during testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) stages as needed
Junior Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:
A formal qualification in Electrical or Engineering-related discipline (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent) or prior experience in a similar role
Experience in AutoCAD Electrical
Experience of fault finding on PLCs (Siemens TIA preferred) advantageous
A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail
A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
Located in Hampshire, this role would be commutable from Basingstoke, Farnborough, Aldershot or Winchester.
