Are you a hands-on Junior AC Engineer or Improver ready to come off the tools and take your career in a new direction?
Join our growing team as a Technical Support Engineer and leverage your field experience to help engineers across the country troubleshoot, commission, and maintain advanced HVAC systems – all from the comfort of a desk-based environment.
About the Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–3 years' practical experience in air conditioning looking to transition into a more technical, office-based position. You'll be the first point of contact for field engineers and customers, offering expert advice, diagnostics, and technical guidance on our range of AC products.
What You'll Do:
* Provide telephone and email-based technical support to engineers and clients
* Assist with diagnosing faults and recommending solutions
* Support warranty and commissioning queries
* Help create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
* Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve complex issues
What We’re Looking For:
* Practical experience with air conditioning systems (installation, servicing, or maintenance)
* Understanding of common fault codes, wiring diagrams, and system components
* Great communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a new direction
* IT-literate and comfortable with technical documentation
Desirable (But Not Essential):
* F-Gas Certification (or former certification)
* Experience with split, multi-split, or VRF/VRV systems
* Familiarity with manufacturers like Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, etc.
