About Us:
We are a well-established civil engineering contractor based in Salford, delivering a wide range of projects across the North West. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we work closely with major contractors and developers on groundworks, drainage, infrastructure, and general civils packages.
The Role:
Due to a strong pipeline of work, we’re looking to expand our team with Junior, Assistant or Graduate Engineers who are eager to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a subcontractor background who thrives in a fast-paced, practical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Assisting with site setting out and surveying
*
Supporting senior engineers and site teams with technical input
*
Ensuring works are carried out to spec, within quality, safety and time constraints
*
Keeping accurate site records and supporting QA processes
*
Working with drawings and helping coordinate with site teams and foremen
Requirements:
*
HNC / Level 4 qualification in Civil Engineering or similar (minimum)
*
1–3 years’ relevant experience in a subcontractor or hands-on construction environment
*
Good understanding of setting out techniques and civil engineering principles
*
Strong work ethic, willing to learn, and a team player
*
CSCS card and UK driving licence preferred
